Last week, over 300 Parmaco colleagues from Sweden, Germany, and Finland gathered in Tampere for a full-day event dedicated to the people behind our buildings.

From engineering and design to customer teams and factory operations, every part of our company came together. It was a powerful reminder of how cross-functional collaboration – spanning countries, disciplines, and departments – continues to shape not just what we build, but how we work.

The day brought together keynote talks, idea-driven workshops, and hands-on conversations. And yes – at one point, 300 professionals moved in perfect rhythm to yksi, kaksi, kolme, sauna in what may well be the most joyful dance floor moment the construction and real estate world has ever seen.
